Shopping cart
We can only accept orders through our shopping cart. The shopping cart times out after 30 minutes. It can be disrupted if multiple firewalls are used.

Payment with VISA/Mastercard
Your payment is secured by Samport Technology / TellusPay. The card number is sent through a strongly encrypted connection directly to the bank. ActiveBabyCare does not have access to any information about the card or your bank account. TellusPay secure server software (SSL) is industry standard for secure commerce transactions. Your cardholder statement will be billed as ACTIVE BABY CARE. In some countries credit cards are issued by banks that do not follow the EU standards for secure transactions. Purchases with these cards may be declined. Please try with another card, or contact your bank.


Delivery time
We ship first class mail within 2-4 days of order. Shipping worldwide varies, 5-8 weekdays. Average time to US address: 5 weekdays.

Shipping & handling
The price includes shipping & handling. When items are returned, a shipping & handling fee of $7 per order, plus $4 per item is deducted from the refund.

Prices
Prices include shipping & handling (see above). The prices are subject to currency fluctuations.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange size or colour, please return the item to the above address within 7 days after you received it. Please add a note about the exchange, and name and address. The item must be unused and free from perfume or other smells and returned in the original packaging. Please use a shipping option that will return the items within 10 working days. We will exchange 2 items per order at NO extra charge. If you wish to exchange more items, please add a note with your creditcard information (number, valid until date and the 3 digits on the back side). We will charge your card with the actual shipping cost (varies according to weight).

Returns
If you wish to return an item please send it to the above address within 7 days after you received it. Please add a note with name and address. The item must be unused and free from perfume or other smells and returned in the original packaging. See more under Refunds below.

Quality
The clothing is high quality and will wash and wear well. If an item is faulty we will exchange it for a new item. Complaint must be made within 60 days of purchase.

Incorrect or faulty items
If your order is incorrect or if an item is faulty (see above Quality) please contact us at info@activebabycare.com . Complaint must be made within 60 days of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are made to your creditcard within 30 days of order. If your return does not reach us within this time or we experience any problems with the refund, we will email the refund to you via PayPal. Shipping & handling is deducted from the refund (see Shipping & handling above).

Privacy
Your details are for our use only. We never disclose customer details to third parties for their own use. We only contact customers in regards to orders or direct queries. We do not keep a mailing list.

Order cancellation
Active Baby Care reserves the right to cancel any order. We may be out of stock on an item, have insufficient delivery address, etc. A cancelled, or partially cancelled, order is refunded back to the creditcard used at the time of order. If an email adress has been left, we will notify you of the cancellation. A cancelled order is fully refunded, ie shipping& handling are not deducted.
