Payment with VISA/Mastercard Your payment is secured by Debi Tech. The card number is sent through a strongly encrypted connection directly to the bank. ActiveBabyCare does not have access to any information about the card or your bank account. Debi Tech secure server software (SSL) is industry standard for secure commerce transactions. Your cardholder statement will be billed as ACTIVE BABY CARE Delivery time is 3-8 working days from time of order. Average time: 5 working days.
Shipping & handling is €8.00 per order. Please note that when items are returned, the shipping & handling fee of €8.00 per order, plus €2 per returned item is deducted from the refund. Prices All prices include VAT. The prices may change due to currency fluctuations.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange size or colour, please return the item to the above address within 7 days after you received it. Please add a note about the exchange, and name and address. The item must be unused and free from perfume or other smells and returned in the original packaging. We will exchange 2 items per order at NO extra charge. If you wish to exchange more items, please add a note with your creditcard information (number, valid until date and the 3 digits on the back side). We will charge your card with the actual shipping cost (varies according to weight).
Returns If you wish to return an item please send it to the above address within 7 days after you received it. Please add a note with name and address. The item must be unused and free from perfume or other smells and returned in the original packaging. Please note that if more than 2 items are returned €2 per returned item is deducted from the refund. The shipping & handling fee of €8.00 is not refunded.
Quality The clothing is high quality and will wash and wear well. If an item is faulty we will exchange it for a new item. Complaint must be made within 60 days of purchase. Order cancellation Active Baby Care reserves the right to cancel any order. We may be out of stock on an item, have insufficient delivery address, etc. A cancelled, or partially cancelled, order is refunded back to the creditcard used at the time of order. If an email adress has been left, we will notify you of the cancellation.
